Identify your hard skills
This list may start out as a hypothetical list and formalize after we have completed the
search for our soft skills. Look below. The main skill for this list started out with Project
Management. Yet, thirteen other skills were found when the soft skills were searched.
1- Go to
www.necouncil.org/jobs
2- Search each soft skill looking for job titles (do not worry about whether you are qualifed
for the position. For now, we are only accumulating a hypothetical list. The longer the list,
the better.
3- Look for job titles that you think you may enjoy as future employment
4- Read the job description for that job title
5- Add the job title to your hard skills list
For now create a long list. Later we can decide to add items from this list to our masters list
or eliminate them altogether.
